Japan Kukicha [2307]

The combination of light green leaf stems (Japanese Kuki) and dark green Sencha gives it an attractive appearance.

Its taste is similar to Sencha, but thanks to the stems, it's somewhat milder and pleasantly spicy. The cup has a lemon-yellow color and a full-bodied, spicy aroma.

Preparation: 1 teaspoon per 250ml at 70-80 °C, 1-3 minutes.
