Japan Sencha Saemidori Izumo

The literal translation of Saemidori is “radiant green” and this tea rightly bears this name.
In addition to the admirable green color, it also surprises us not only with less shibumi (bitterness), but also with a shaken Level of amami (sweetness) and umami (spicy).

Preparation: 1-2 teaspoons per 250ml at 70 °C, 90 seconds.

Re-infusion: let it brew at 90°C for 15 seconds.

Ingredients: green tea.
