Discover the taste of Japanese Sencha, the most popular tea in Japan. "Sencha " means steamed tea and offers a perfect balance of freshness and umami. In taste, this Sencha is significantly milder than its competitors.
Due to its pleasantly gentle note with a slight sweetness, this tea is particularly recommended for delicate palates.

The sencha tea sold in most shops in this price range looks like Bancha tea. However, our Sencha is dark green and thin and is almost indistinguishable from premium Sencha or Gyokuro.

Preparation: 1 teaspoon per 250ml at 70-80°C for 1.5-2 minutes.

Re-infusion: let it brew at 80°C for 30 seconds.
