Japan Sencha Organic Star No. 2

The Sencha BIO-Star No. 1 is a fine blend of the tea hybrids Sae Midori (Yabukita and Asatsuyu) and Yamakai (Yabukita variation) and gives this tea the fresh, slightly fruity aroma, the bright color, the light sweetness and the pure taste in the finish (Nodogoshi). A taste experience that delights the tea drinker again and again. BIO-Star No. 2 is the more economical version, based more strongly on the Yabukita hybrid.

Preparation: 1 teaspoon per 250ml at 80 °C, 60 seconds .

Re-infusion: let it brew at 80°C for 10 seconds.
