Japan Kabusecha Kirishima [2304]

Kabusecha is the intermediate between Sencha and Gyokuro. Special nets (kabuse) are hung over the plants a week before picking to provide natural shade without completely blocking the sunlight.

Preparation: 1 tea spoon per 250ml at 70°C, 1-1.5 minutes. 

Re-infusion: let it brew at 80°C for 30 seconds.
